You retain ownership of all code and content you provide to kill9. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
# Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
# Limitation of liability
kill9 is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
